Casar Jacobson (born November 8, 1985)[1] is a Canadian model best known as the winner of Miss Canada Globe 2012/2013[2][3][4][5][6] and holder of several other beauty pageant titles.[7]

Personal life

Jacobson lived in Austria for the first four years of her life, before moving to Norway, then Germany.[2][8] Jacobson obtained a MSc in Genetics and Research at LMU.[7] At age 23 she moved to Canada, joining her mother.

Pageants and modeling

Jacobson has competed in numerous beauty pageants. She first competed in the Miss Sun and Salsa in Calgary in 2008, without winning. She returned to win the title for Miss Sun and Salsa 2010. [9] She subsequently won the title of Miss Calgary 2011.[10] She competed the Miss Universe Canada 2012 pageant, where she finished in the top 20.[11][12] and was selected as "Audience Favourite".[13][14] Her greatest pageant success, was winning the title of Miss Canada Globe 2012/2013.,[7] after first winning Miss British Columbia Globe 2012/2013.[4] She traveled to Albania to compete in the Miss Globe pageant, which was won by Miss Albania Kleoniki Delijorgji, while Jacobson was awarded the title of "Miss Peace".[15]

Jacobson is also active as a model, becoming the "face" of Bellissima Style in 2012 for its Spring/Summer campaign.[16]
