Carter Holt Harvey Limited is an New Zealand forest products company, with significant interests in wood products, pulp, paper and packaging. The company was formed from the gradual merger of three major industrial companies: Carter Consolidated, Robert Holt & Sons, and Alex Harvey Industries (AHI).[2][3] In 1988 CHH purchased the assets of New Zealand Forest Products.
