The Carruther's Mountain Squirrel (Funisciurus carruthersi) is a species of rodent in the Sciuridae family. It is found in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, and Uganda. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
