Carl von Horn

Carl Graf[1][2] von Horn (February 16, 1847 – June 5, 1923) was a Bavarian Colonel General[3] and War Minister from April 4, 1905 to February 16, 1912. He was born in Würzburg and died in Munich.[4] Before he became minister, he was Lieutenant General and divisional commander in Regensburg, where the Hornstraße is named in honor of him.[5]
