Caren Chammas is a Lebanese judoka. Chammas, who is a graduate of the Lebanese American University, has been Lebanese champion for 16 consecutive years. She competed at the Singapore 2010 Youth Games and was placed 7th worldwide,[3] Continental Championships U20, and the 2012 Olympic Games.[4] She won silver and bronze medals at the 2011 Pan Arab Games. Chammas is the first female judoka to ever participate for Lebanon in the Olympic Games.
