The Capt. Oliver Bearse House is a historic house at 31 Pearl Street in Barnstable, Massachusetts. The 2.5 story wood frame house was built c. 1841, and is a well-preserved local instance of Greek Revival styling. It has corner pilasters and an entablature that wraps around the main block. Its entry is flanked by sidelight windows and pilasters, and topped by a heavy lintel and entablature. Its owner was a deep-water ship's captain.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.[1]
