The Canton City School District is a public school district serving students in Canton, Ohio, The school district enrolls 9,271 students as of the 2012-2013 academic year.[1]

The school district also has a student television station carried on cable television channel 11, "TV11" from Timken Senior High School.

The district began a restructuring process called the "Brighter Tomorrow Plan" in January of 2013. Phase One of the Plan created interest-based middle school academies at five schools. The STEAMM Academy @Hartford focuses sixth, seventh, and eighth-graders on STEM curricula, as well as art and medicine. The Early College Academy @Souers is for students interested in continuing to the Early College High School where they have the opportunity to focus on earning associates' degrees or college credits before graduating high school. The C2RA Academy @Lehmen is for college and career-minded students. It offers a college-prep curriculum, along with a professional dress code. The Altitude Academy @Crenshaw is for students interested in physical fitness, nutrition and sports. The Arts Academy @ Summit is for grades one through eight and is focused on the arts and academically gifted students.
