CannonDesign is an American architectural practice that provides services for a range of project types including corporate headquarters and commercial office buildings, healthcare centers, education and municipal facilities, multi-family residential, mixed-use, sports facilities and convention centers.
History
The firm Cannon was established in 1945.[1] In May of 2000, Cannon changed its name to Cannon Design, Inc.[2]

The firm is headquartered in Grand Island, New York near Buffalo, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Italy, Los Angeles, Montreal, Mumbai, New York City, New York City, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Shanghai, St. Louis, Toronto, Vancouver and Washington, D.C.. [3]
Recent activities
In late 2014, CannonDesign acquired Pittsburgh firm Astorino Co. The deal allowed Cannon to expand their footprint into Pittsburgh, Abu Dhabi and Italy. [4]
