The Candler Cottage is a historic house at 447 Washington Street in Brookline, Massachusetts. The 1-1/2 story Gothic Revival cottage was built c. 1850, for Mrs. John Candler, who moved to Brookline with her two sons in 1849. It has bargeboard decoration typical of the style in its gables, with Gothic-style peak-arched windows in the gable peaks. The Candler's son John later served in the United States Congress.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.[1]
