"Can't Forget You" is a pop song by Sonia. The song was released in September 1989 as the second single from her debut album[1] This mid-tempo track with some very catchy rhymes wasn't as successful as her debut single, peaking at #17. The song was written by Stock Aitken Waterman. The song was originally offered to, but turned down by Kylie Minogue.[2]

Chart performance

"Can't Forget You" was released in the United Kingdom at the end of September 1989. The song entered the chart in early October, at number twenty-seven.[3] It reached number seventeen the following week, which became its peak position. The song charted in the United Kingdom for six weeks. In Ireland, it fared better and managed to reach number five.[4] The song charted on Irish Singles Chart for only three weeks. "Can't Forget You" charted at #98 on the Australian ARIA Chart in late 1989.
