The California Department of Developmental Services is a state agency of California, headquartered in Downtown Sacramento.[1] The agency provides services for California residents with several developmental disabilities, such as autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, mental retardation and conditions related to mental retardation. Mental illness is not a qualifying condition.
