Cabrillo Formation
The Cabrillo Formation is a Maastrichtian stratigraphic unit in California. It is part of the Rosario Group. A single tooth from the cartilaginous fish Squalicorax has been recovered from the Cabrillo Formation sediments of Cabrillo National Monument.[1]
