Cabinteely F.C. (Irish: Cumann Peile Cábán tSíle) is an association football club based in south County Dublin, Ireland comprising adult and a large number of youth under-age teams for both males and females, 60 teams in all. Cabinteely will compete in the 2015 season of the League of Ireland after being granted a license by the FAI, controversially in January.[1] They made their debut in the First Division on 6 March 2015, managed by St Patrick's Athletic legend Eddie Gormley and play their games at Stradbrook Road.[2]

The club, which currently boasts 920 members, was formed in 1967 and has teams from what are called cubs at pre-U7 level, right up to senior adult teams. The teams, which participate at every under-age level from U8 to U18 plus adult, take part in several league and cup competitions such as those run by DDSL, SDFL, DWSL, and LSL on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
