The CZW Death Match Championship was a title contested for in the North American independent professional wrestling promotion Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW). The title belt was known as the Big Japan Pro Wrestling (BJW) Death Match Championship until John Zandig defeated Mitsuhiro Matsunaga on December 2, 2001 and took the title into CZW when he left BJW in 2002. Its current equivalent is the CZW Ultraviolent Underground Championship.
