Charles Shane Stanley (born in Indiana, 1977) known as CS Stanley, is a stencil graffiti street artist and designer.

Stanley primarily creates stencil art depicting pop references and tones regarding activism. He also paints murals and portraits.[1]

He uses a combination of brush work, spray paint, air brush, and digital mediums.
