The CRFU Cornwall Clubs Cup (currently sponsored by Tribute Ales[1]) is an annual rugby union knock-out cup club competition organised by the Cornwall Rugby Football Union. It is open to teams based in Cornwall and play in the Cornish regional divisions (tiers 9 and 10 in the English league system). It is the third highest ranked cup competition in the county after the Cornwall Super Cup and Cornwall Cup.
The current format is a first round consisting of twelve teams in four groups of three teams each with the top two teams in each group to advance to the quarter-final stage, followed by the semi-finals and a final to be held at a neutral venue in April 2015.[2]

Note that Camborne School of Mines, Newquay Hornets and St Day are not participating in this years competition – with St Day also pulling out of league games in Tribute Cornwall 2 due to a lack of players.[3]
