It includes the countys: Bydgoszcz City, Bydgoszcz, Inowrocław, Mogilno, Nakło nad Notecią, Sępólno Krajeńskie, Świecie, Tuchola and Żnin. It also includes part of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
