Butyllithium may refer to one of three isomeric organolithium reagents used in chemical synthesis:

• n-Butyllithium, abbreviated BuLi or ⁿBuLi
• sec-Butyllithium, abbreviated sec-BuLi or ^sBuLi
• tert-Butyllithium, abbreviated tert-BuLi or ^tBuLi
