Burrell Boom is a village in the nation of Belize, located near Scotland Halfmoon.[1] It is a mainland village in Belize District. It was founded in the eighteenth century by loggers cutting mahogany. The sign and the chain in the photograph shows the original chain which was used to block the river against invaders.
