Bulend Biščević (born 10 March 1975) is a retired Bosnian footballer.

He spent almost his entire career playing for FK Željezničar. That is the club where he began playing football as a child, and in 1994 he started playing for the first team. At first, he played as a right back, but in 2000, FK Željezničar's coach Amar Osim moved him to midfield. That is the position in which he showed his real qualities. He was a hard-working player who runs a lot and he was mostly oriented in destruction of opposite teams play. He had a good technique too, so he could, if needed, play in more offensive roles.

In 2004, he moved to Cypriot First Division side AEP Paphos. He moved to Hajduk Split at the beginning of next year and finally, in 2006. winter transfer window, he came back to Bosnia-Herzegovina and signed for Zrinjski Mostar. Before the start of 2006–07 season, he retired from professional football at the age of 31.

He also has 30 caps for Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.
