The Building at 38-42 Worcester Street in Southbridge, Massachusetts is a Victorian six family triple-decker built in the late 19th century. It is one of a few well-preserved triple-deckers in the part of Southbridge called "The Flats". It has distinctive porches which wrap part way around the sides of the house, with turned posts that give it a somewhat lacy appearance.[2]
The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
