The Building at 259 Mount Auburn Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts is an unusually small Italianate house. Its construction history is unclear, because it was apparently moved to the present site in the late 1850s. Its Italianate styling places its construction c. 1850, and its small size (22' by 18') suggests it may have originally been built as a railroad depot.[2]

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
