Bryn Hall (born 3 February 1992) is a Rugby union footballer. He plays as a scrum-half. He represents North Harbour[1] in the ITM Cup, having made his debut during the 2012 season,[2] and will play for the Blues in Super Rugby from 2013.[3][4]
Hall was born in Auckland and educated at St Peter's College where he also played in the school 1st XV.[5] He captained the team in 2010. Hall captained the Junior All Blacks side in the 2012 IRB Junior World Championship.[6]
He made his Super Rugby debut in Round 2 of the 2013 season, coming on as a 63rd minute replacement in a 34-15 win over the Crusaders at Eden Park. It would be his only appearance for the season. Hall nailed down the starting halfback spot for the blues by the end of the 2014 Super Rugby season. Although not being listed as the initial starting halfback at the beginning of the season, Hall showed tremendous flair and discipline replacing the departing Piri Weepu. He is expected to make big appearances in the 2015 Super Rugby Season, competing alongside former All-Black Jimmy Cowan and rising star Jamison Gibson-Park for the starting spot.
