Bruce Piermarini
Bruce Piemarini (born 1953, Leominster, Massachusetts, United States) is an American painter.[1] He is a member of the New New Painters a group of artists first brought together by the former director of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Dr. Kenworth Moffett in 1978 contemperaneously with the further development of acrylic gel paint as developed by the paint chemist Sam Golden.[2] In 2007 he was convicted of filing false tax returns and sentenced to thirty days in federal prison.[3]
