The Brown-Maynard House is a historic house at 84 Tenth Street in Lowell, Massachusetts. The two story wood frame house was constructed in the 1850s, and is a well-preserved local example of Italianate styling, with a cupola and extended eaves with paired brackets. The house's first owner was Samuel Brown, a supervisor at the Boott Mills.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.[1]
