Brookside (also called Waterstreet) is an unincorporated community within Mendham Township in Morris County, New Jersey, United States.[1][2]
It is located approximately 6 mi (9.7 km) west of Morristown.
The settlement appeared on maps as early as 1777.[1]
Brookside was noted as a "post village" in 1882.[3] In 1883, the population was 187.[4]
