Brooke Elizabeth Barrettsmith[1] is a Christian pop/rock songwriter and musician from Spring Grove, Illinois.[2] She was a former contestant of the reality television show American Idol during its fifth season in 2006.
Biography
Barrettsmith reached the top 40 on American Idol in 2006. She auditioned along her sister Leah, who was cut in Hollywood week.[3] She is currently touring with Pillar, Wavorly, and Building 429 on the For the Love of the Game tour.[3]
Her self-titled debut album was released on August 19, 2008. It was produced by Aaron Sprinkle (Jeremy Camp, Kutless, The Almost) on Essential Records.[4]
She headlined a national tour in summer of 2010.[5]
