BroadbandTV Corp is a Media and Technology company and Multi-Channel Network (MCN) founded by CEO Shahrzad Rafati in 2005. The company’s head office is in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
In addition to its MCN and technology development sectors, BroadbandTV Corp (BBTV) provides content claiming and copyright management services for media companies.[1] Through the development of “scalable content claiming technologies”, the company locates, claims and monetizes fan-uploaded content to which a company has proper copyright.[2] BroadbandTV Corp is also the overarching MCN for the VISO and TGN networks, as well as other independently operated networks,helping content creators to monetize their YouTube channels.[3][4]

BroadbandTV Corp in June 2013 received a $36 million private placement from RTL Group.[5]”[6]
In September 2014, BBTV signed a multi-year original content agreement with FremantleMedia North America's digital studio, Tiny Riot "to produce original programming in the entertainment, gaming, and music genres."[7]
