The British Trade and Cultural Office (BTCO; Chinese: 英國貿易文化辦事處; pinyin: Yīngguó Màoyì Wénhuà Bànshì Chù) is the representative office of the United Kingdom (UK) in the Republic of China with a principal role to promote the British trade and investment interests. Its counterpart body in the UK is the Taipei Representative Office in the U.K..
The headquarter office is located at President International Tower (統一國際大樓) in Xinyi District, Taipei and a small branch office is located in Kaohsiung.
History
The office was opened in 1993.
Transportation
The office is accessible within walking distance south of Taipei City Hall Station of the Taipei Metro.
