The Briggs Tavern is a historic building at 2 Anawan Street in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. The 2-1/2 story wood frame structure was built c. 1780, and is the town's only surviving Federal period commercial building. It is located at a prominent position at the junction of two historically significant roads, and has excellent interior and exterior period detailing.[2]
The tavern was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
