Brian Banks is a Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives elected in 2012.[1]
Banks has been convicted of eight felony charges, and has also been accused of sexually harassing a member of his staff. In the 2014 Democrat Primary he beat challenger Rebecca Thompson by only 6 votes.[2]
