Brett Hollister (born 19 May 1966 in Rotorua, New Zealand) is a former New Zealand rowing cox who won an Olympic Bronze medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. Together with Kevin Lawton, Don Symon, Barrie Mabbott and Ross Tong Hollister won the bronze medal in the coxed fours.
