Bredbury Green & Romiley is an electoral ward in the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport. It elects three Councillors to Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council using the first past the post electoral method, electing one Councillor every year without election on the fourth.
Together with Bredbury & Woodley, Hazel Grove, Marple North, Marple South and Offerton it constitutes the Hazel Grove Parliamentary constituency. The ward contains both Werneth School and Harrytown Catholic High School.[2] It is also the seat of Stockport Conservative Leader Syd Lloyd.
