Brad Barkley

Brad Barkley.

Brad Barkley is an American fiction writer, young adult novelist and a professor at Frostburg State University in Maryland.

He has received four Individual Artist Awards from the Maryland Arts Council, and a creative writing fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts.^[1]
