Box is a small village in Gloucestershire, England. It is located just over three miles away from Stroud and just over ten miles away from Cirencester. Other nearby villages include Minchinhampton (1 mile) and Nailsworth (1.5 miles).
Box is on the edge of Minchinhampton Common, a site of special scientific interest. The common is well known for its cows, which often cause traffic delays as there are no fences on the common.
