Borja Prado Eulate was born in Madrid (Spain) in 1956 and he studied Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Subsequently, he decided to extend his education in Foreign Affairs and International Trade at New York University and in the company Philip Brothers.
Professional career
Regarding his professional career, Borja Prado has been Chairman of Almagro Asesoramiento e Inversiones, and Vice President of Lazard Asesores Financieros,(1999-2007); he was a member of the board of Rothschild Spain (1995-1999); Vice President of UBS Spain (1989-1994); and worked for FOCOEX (Spanish Foreign Trade Agency) (1980-1988).
Current occupation
Currently Borja Prado is Chairman of Endesa,[1][2] and Head of Mediobanca in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. He is also a member of the Trilateral Commission and a member of the board of Mediaset España and Enel Energy Europe.
At April 2013, Borja Prado has assumed the Vice-Chairmanship of the Chilean energy company Enersis.[3]
