Boris Aleksandrovich Pozdnyakov (Russian: Борис Александрович Поздняков) (born May 31, 1962 in Moscow) is a Russian football coach and a former player. As of October 2009, he works as an assistant coach with FC Spartak Moscow.

International career
Podznyakov made his debut for USSR on March 28, 1984 in a friendly against West Germany. He played in the 1986 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
