Borgøy

The bay Hattarvågen of Borgøy.

Borgøy is an island in the municipality of Tysvær in Rogaland, Norway. It is located at the mouth of Skjoldafjorden, and covers and area of about 4.5 square kilometres (1.7 sq mi). Highest mountain is 292 m. a. s. l..[1]

Borgøy was the birthplace of painter Lars Hertervig.[2]
