The following list includes the border crossings of Albania, via air, sea, and land. Recently, some major border crossings have been reconstructed by the EU presence in Albania.[1]

Albania – Montenegro
- Muriqan – Sukobin (important border crossing) (From 24.05.2011 the new modern bridge on Buna river is open for traffic).
- Zogaj - Ckla (to be open)
- Hani i Hotit – Bozhaj (the main border crossing)
- Grabom – Cem i Trieshit/Zatrijebacka Cijevna (to be open)[2]
- Vermosh – Gusinje
- Qafë Vranicë - Plav (to be open)
Albania – Kosovo
- Qafë Morinë – Gjakovë
- Qafë Prush – Gjakovë
- Morinë – Vërmicë (the main border crossing)
- Orgjost – Orqushë (only for people, not frequently used)
- Borje – Jazhincë (only for people, not frequently used)
- Shishtavec – Dragash, opened as normal border crossing on May 10, 2013[3]
