Borabanda is one of the upcoming residential suburbs in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It is close to Erragadda suburb.
Borabanda has a sizable muslim polulation. we can find more than 200 mosques in Borabanda. Actually Borabanda was a small colony more than 25 years back. now people from Old city Hyderabad came here to settle down and resulted in population increase.
Borabanda has a bad name for harbouring smugglers, rowdi sheeters and more. In one of the localities in Site 3 there you can find local gundas gaining power and harassing particular religion people and this is increasing alarmingly. only strict people rules can only restrict these people in Site -3 locality.
This has increased in such as way when RTC bus arrives in Borabanda conductors shouts and says "Pakistan has come, pl. get down" to passengers.
This is very bad.
