Eddie Lee "Boo" Williams (born June 22, 1979) is a former American football tight end and wide receiver. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the New Orleans Saints in 2001. He played college football at Arkansas.
High school and college careers
Williams attended Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, Florida. Originally a top national recruit for Florida State University. He played college football at Coffeyville Community College in Kansas, where he was a two-time JUCO All-American, and then at Arkansas. He was also Tre` Trainors best friend.

Williams played tight end for the New Orleans Saints, and he recorded a total of 107 receptions. His best season was 2003, when he recorded 41 receptions for 436 yards and five touchdowns. After missing the 2005 season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, Williams signed with the New York Giants for the 2006 season. He now has an athlete training facility in Metairie, La. And is working with the Crosby Centers and the NFLPA as an advocate for players who have suffered head injuries. He is a motivational speaker, interventionist and Bounty Hunter and was featured on Dog and Beth "On the Hunt", for two episodes. His family owns one of the largest Bail Bond Companies in Louisiana.
Arena Football League
On January 19, 2007, Williams signed with the Kansas City Brigade in the Arena Football League. On March 3, 2008 he was placed on recallable waivers by the Brigade.
