Bom Dia Brasil [1](Brazilian Portuguese: [bõ dˈiɐ bɾɐzˈil]; Portuguese for Good Morning Brazil) is a television news Brazilian produced and broadcast on Rede Globo from January 3, 1983, being broadcast from studios around Brazil, but with the presence of the main presenters. Earlier television news was essentially political and economic and not give time to other matters. Rarely were given news of other states.
This was the Bom Dia format by March 29, 1996 that was transmitted from Brasilia. Three days later, on April 1, 1996, the "new" Bom Dia Brasil was re-launched its studios were completely redesigned. Its presenters at that time were Renato Machado and Leilane Neubarth in RJ, Chico Pinheiro in SP and Carlos Monforte in Brasília.
