Bohemond, Duke of Apulia

Bohemond or Boamund is the only recorded son of William II of Sicily and his wife Joanna of England.

According to Robert of Torigni, in Normandy, he was born in 1182 and made Duke of Apulia. Bohemond was Joanna and William's only child, and upon his birth would have been met with great excitement as the heir to the throne of Sicily. Unfortunately, he most likely died in infancy, and certainly did not live long enough to feature in any other annals, if he existed at all.
