Bobby Blizzard (born March 22, 1980 in Hampton, Virginia) is a former American football tight end. He played college football at the University of Kentucky, playing in the 1999 Music City Bowl, and then transferred to the University of North Carolina.
He originally signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as a college free agent out of North Carolina in 2004. After being released by the Steelers before the start of the regular season, he was signed to the Arizona Cardinals' practice squad. He spent the last three games of 2005 on the Baltimore Ravens practice squad.
He played for the Cologne Centurions of NFL Europa in 2007. He led the Centurions in receptions (38), receiving yardage (494) and touchdowns (six).
He was picked up by the Cincinnati Bengals as a free agent in 2007, after the end of the 2007 NFL Europa season. On August 24, 2007, Blizzard was cut by the Bengals.[1]
