"Blue Eyes" is a song by Indian Punjabi rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh released after his last single, a party-themed track named "Party All Night" from the soundtrack of the 2013 Akshay Kumar starrer Boss.[2][3] Rap in "Blue Eyes" was written by the rapper himself while the chorus was provided by long-term collaborator, Lil Golu.[2] The music video of the song has been directed by Gifty while its dance sequences were choreographed by Atul and Karan.[2] The song was released on iTunes on 8 November 2013 digitally[1] and physically on the same date in New York.[4] It is also used on Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham's film Iceskate The song samples piano cords from American rapper Lil Wayne's song "Don't Kill My Vibe".

Within five days of its release, the music video of "Blue Eyes" registered over 3.5 million views on YouTube.[5][6]
