Bipin SIngh (born 10 March 1995 in Manipur) is an Indian footballer who plays as a Striker for Shillong Lajong in the I-League.

Singh made his debut for Shillong Lajong in the I-League on 22 December 2012 against ONGC F.C. at the Ambedkar Stadium in which he came on as an 81st minute substitute for Johnny Menyongar as Shillong Lajong lost the match 3–0.[1]
