Biobío or Bío-Bío may refer to several places in Chile:

• Biobío River, the second longest river in Chile and the southern frontier of the Kingdom of Chile

• Bío Bío Province, subdivision of the Bío-Bío Region (second level)
• Alto Bío Bío, commune of the Bío Bío Province (third level)
