Bill Henry Penna Waters (born 15 October 1994) is an English footballer who plays for Crewe Alexandra.

Club career

Waters was born in Epsom and began his career with Crewe Alexandra and he made his professional debut on 26 November 2013 in a 2–1 defeat against Carlisle United.[2]

International career

Waters has been placed on the standy-by list for Wales under-21s on two occasions, but is yet to receive a cap.[3][4]
