The Bill Stutt Stakes is a Moonee Valley Racing Club Group 2 Australian Thoroughbred horse race for horses aged three years old, under open set weight conditions, over a distance of 1600 metres. It is held annually at Moonee Valley Racecourse in Melbourne. Total prize money for the race is A$200,000.[1]

The race was renamed in honour of the Bill Stutt, a former chairman of the Moonee Valley Racing Club.[1]
