William "Bill" Morgan is a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1930s, playing at representative level for Wales, and at club level for Wigan, as a Prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums.[1]

Bill Morgan played Right-Prop, i.e. number 10 in Wales' 2-19 defeat by England at The Willows, Salford on Wednesday 27 January 1932.[2]
